Warranty: All jobs come with a 1 year parts and labor warranty when using fabrics and/or parts purchased through Chesapeake Upholstery. Any service Provided comes with a ZERO parts and labor warranty, if using customer provided Fabric and/or parts.
Pricing: Any Prices given are only estimates. The final solid prices can only be given within 15 days of an order or the start of any project.
Delivery Services are available (fees apply).
Any Items not paid for and/or picked up within 15 days of notification, a storage fee at the rate of $2.50 per day, per item, will apply. After 30 days, you will be responsible for all storage fees, court cost and/or collection agency fees. Chesapeake Upholstery is not responsible for fire, flood, wind, theft or unforeseen events. All request for centering, aligning, matching or any special uses of fabric, MUST BE IN WRITING WITH SIGNATURE AND DATE. With out any written request, Chesapeake Upholstery will preform all jobs in a professional manner and will not be held responsible for labor or fabric.
